We offer you a new way of vacationing, in large apartments in the utmost freedom and confidentiality, not tied to timetables. Elegantly furnished, the apartments feature air conditioning / heating, a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with tables and chairs, 2 flat-screen TVs with sky cinema and sports, and a private bathroom with towels and complimentary toiletries. In addition to the classic services of the apartments, bicycles are also for everyone: bicycles are also available with child seats and on request also helmets and children's bikes, so that you can enjoy your holiday in total safety.

The direct management by the owners will guarantee an efficient and discreet service ... for an unforgettable stay. The residence is an ideal structure for family holidays, thanks to the freedom it offers during the hours.

The location directly on the Rivazzurra di Rimini seafront (50 meters from the sea), favors access to restaurants (with some of them affiliated), coop, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, pubs and anything else that can be used without using it of your car. The Residence Marzia is only a few kilometers from the railway station and the historic center, both reachable both by public transport whose stop is very close to the Residence (stop n.29) or with the BRAND NEW METROMARE (runs along the entire Riviera from Rimini to Riccione in just 25 minutes), both on foot (about 20 minutes) taking a nice, relaxing walk! The property is also a 15-minute drive from the Rimini Sud and Riccione exit. Rivazzurra di Rimini is a great choice for travelers interested in shopping, relaxation, nightlife, sandy beaches and good food. Finally, thanks also to public transport it is possible to easily reach all the amusement parks of Romagna such as: Mirabilandia, Fiabilandia, Acquafan, Oltremare etc .. with discounts and direct access without going to the cashier!
