Fabulous location with view of the Adriatic. Lovely breakfast served on the terrace. Roomy, comfy apartment with lots of privacy. Washing machine and detergent were available for use -very convenient. Mattinatella beach was a 5-10 minute drive away and in early October we had it all to ourselves. The water temperature was lovely - not exactly warm, but pleasant enough to go in four times for about 15 minutes each. Lovely hosts Michele and Anna made us feel very welcome. An exquisitely laid out property. Quiet. It was a great location from which to do day trips to Vieste and Monte Sant’Angelo.

We have just departed from "Montelci Residence" after staying there for an incredible 9 days. The place offers 12 apartments, immaculately clean and comfortable. It is located in the midst of an endless olive grove, overlooking the Adriatic sea. Truly heaven. The swimming pool is just wonderful - clean and never too crowded. Michele's unique touch could be felt all around the residence. Nikola is the ultimate host- he speaks English, French, and German, and he is keen on helping and giving superb local recommendations. We would love to come back again. Grazie Mille to Michele,Mariangela, Nikola, and their wonderful family!

A wonderful place, we found it even better than on the pictures. We had a three-bedroom appartment, quiet, extremely clean and great view on the Adriatic. Very pleasant host and amazing pool. The region is beautiful, we liked most the Vignanotica beach.
