The establishment is right in the center, close to all tourist attractions . There is a Coop supermarket 1 min away and also a local pastries shop "Majer" which is great and has decent prices.The bus station to catch a ride for the airport is at 10 minutes away in Piazzale roma.The host was friendly and helpfull .

Everything was perfect. The room was very clean, spacious and in great location. 15 minutes walk to St. Marks Basilica and 8 minutes walk to train station. The host was very kind and helpfull, providing information and tips during our stay. I will deffinitely stay there again on my next visit.

A great apartment in a residential area of Venice but only 20 minutes walk from San Marco! The local piazza (1 minute away) has lovely reasonable restos, a wine bar and a great coffee shop (Majer) - and local kids playing football and gymnastics! The Vaporetto is only 5 minutes away on line 1 - great for the Grand canal viewing but practical in getting around. We walked a huge amount (20,00 steps a day) but could have used the Vaporetto more if needed. The apartment was cleaned to a high standard and was very well equipped, and has a small patio area for outside drinks etc. The owners were so accommodating re check-in etc and kept in contact , but we had no problems at all with our stay. The location is really good. There is a grocery store Coop close by and also a very good bakery near it. Davide gave us good direction and met us at the water taxi pier right on time. He also made dinner recommendation with 10% off and reservation for us at Trattoria Al Campanile. The food and price are good. Davide also response to all my whatsapp messages very quickly.

Location was great, easy access to everything. About a 15 minute walk to Piazza San Marco, was easy to find and get to. There was a nice little square about a 1 minute walk away with restaurants and stores. Everything you need is right there. The room was quite large and there was a nice courtyard connecting some of the rooms including our friends rooms that we were able to sit out together in. Overall it was a nice place with a great location. Definitely satisfied and do recommend the place.

Owner met us at Vaporetto and accompanied us to apartment. Bathroom and kitchenette were well designed and attractive. Good value for Venice One of us liked the film noir decor. On the ground floor so no stairs to climb

For the price, it was by far the nicest place we found in Venice. Incredibly quiet location, except for the delivery man for the local shop going backwards and forwards at 7AM. It was a bit dark in the room, and quite dusty but we would stay again if we were to return to Venice

Great location in a quite area not far from crowdy touristic places. Easy communication with host Davide, cheers for that. Recommended a great place to eat, met all my needs and helped in any way he could. Fantastic service, i would recommend this place only for host professionalism. Very nice apartment, cozy, has everything a traveller needs to rest. Nice coffee machine and patio, where it is great to start your morning. Good wi-fi, easy key-less access to the apartment. All in all great experience, will definitely take Poli into account on the next trip to Venezia. Grazie, ragazzi!
