“Fantastic location, fantastic hosts. View over the canal is beautiful. Now also has a tv there. Super clean throughout the apartment. Small roof terrace perfect for a glass of wine early evening. Beds comfy. Bar/cafe across the road for pastries/snacks. Restaurant opposite Ristorante da Raffaello is ok - quite expensive but not ott for Venice. Less than 5 mins to St Marks Square.”

“Can't thank Dimitri & his Mum enough for all their help during the booking process answering any questions before travel. Dimitri met us as we got off the water taxi and took all our heavy luggage up the 3 flights of stairs & explained bits & pieces. He told us where to find the local supermarket so we could stock up on supplies for our stay. There were several guide books to use in the apartment which was really useful. Everything in the apartment was as we thought it would be from the photographs it was just lovely. The location was just brilliant and so central. We bumped into Dimitri a couple of times during our visit & he showed us some short cuts which were really useful. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so brilliant. If we were to visit again we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Residence San Marco from beginning to end. The property gives you the full immersive experience of this beautiful enchanting city with its traditional features and wonderfully situated in the Heart of Venice, you can even hear the Gondoliers singing and watch them pass by from the window. we found everything was within walking distance and the Apartment had all the amenities we needed and the Hosts were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely book again if I returned this wonderful city”

“Wir konnten die Wohnung weit vor der Checkin-Zeit bereits um 10:30 Uhr beziehen, was super war. Großes Lob! Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe, mit Einweisung der Wohnung. Sehr nette Gastgeber, super Lage, sehr zentral, mit Kanalblick. Zwar viele Treppen bis man oben ist (4.OG), dafür aber schöner Ausblick. Betten und Bäder okay, in der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Waschmaschine etwas versteckt auf der Dachterrasse, aber zu finden ;-) W-LAN mit gutem Datenvolumen, Router direkt im Wohnzimmer, überall Empfang. Doppelbett auf Empore mit Vorhang getrennt zum Wohnzimmer. Draußen viel los, hört man aber oben kaum. Mit 4-5 Personen würden wir hier wieder buchen.”“0”

“L’appartamento è grande e molto comodo, pulizia attenta e scrupolosa, non dovrete preoccuparvi di nulla, sarà come essere a casa, ma in centro a Venezia. Le foto sono assolutamente veritiere: al piano inferiore troverete sala spaziosa, cucina, due camere ed un bagno, di sopra la camera matrimoniale e il secondo bagno, completa il tutto un fantastico terrazzino con vista sui tetti di Venezia, impagabile. Ampia disponibilità di armadi, dotazione di suppellettili completa, biancheria abbondante e pulitissima. Tutte le destinazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, l’appartamento è situato al terzo piano con vista su un canale, dalle foto si vede un bar situato proprio sotto le finestre, ve lo consiglio sia per le colazioni che per uno snack di metà giornata. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e discreto, molto disponibile senza essere invadente.”“0”
