Brand new flat furnished with taste and attention to detail. Located in a hillside position, it is perfect for those who want to enjoy a bit of tranquillity without sacrificing comfort. There is a lovely private terrace where you can enjoy lunches and dinners in the open air. THREE-ROOM APARTMENT 4/6 PERSONS: 60 mq. Ground floor with enclosed terrace with garden table and chairs. Living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette. One double bedroom with double mattress and one bedroom with 2 single beds that can be pushed together. Bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. EQUIPMENT: Wifi, fridge with separate freezer, induction hob, oven, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, TV (satellite). Outside parking space. Pets NOT allowed.
