The check-in is done remotely so it is essential for the guests to get in touch with the structure in advance (at least one week before arrival) to communicate the expected arrival time and send photos of the identity documents (front / back) of all the guests who will stay in the apartment. This is mandatory in order to be registered to the municipality police station. The tourist tax, always EXCLUDED from the cost of the stay, must be paid in cash. (LATE CHECK-IN): 35,00 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45,00 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60,00 euro after 00:00.

Al Giardino is a bright and cozy holiday home with canal view, located on the raised ground-floor of a traditional house in "Sestiere Cannaregio" not far from Santa Lucia Train Station. To reach the house you must access and walk through the common garden area. Entering inside you can find the bright and colorful living room, furnished with television, sofa, a dining table and the AC and a fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities needed to cook (oven, microwave, disheswasher, dishes and a kettle). The large and cozy bedroom has a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe, and has a direct view on a typical venitian canal from its windows. Obviously, the apartment has a bathroom with all the amenities.The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in an autentic and local area of the beautiful Venice. Equipped with all required amenities (A/C , dishwasher, moka, oven, microwave, wifi, kettle and washing machine) it can host up to two people, and it is also provided with sheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels, shampoo and soap bars according to the number of guests.

Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service.
