On est très bien accueilli , la dame est extrêmement gentille et présente pour toute question ou aide. Un cahier avec tout ce que vous avez besoins pour votre séjour est préparé dans la maison avec les commerces, les restaurants de toutes sortes comme les étoilés , les simples et rapides ainsi que les typiques de la région et nous en avons fait quelques uns et que des bonnes indications et vous avez aussi une bonne bouteille de vin de chez eux sur la table pour votre arrivée. Une maison magnifique au milieu des vignes où vous pouvez faire des belles balades. L'hôte propose des confitures maison ainsi que du vin qu'ils font eux même. Très bien situé , entre 5 et 10 min de voiture pour une multitude de villages et 20 min pour les grandes villes comme Asti ou Alba qui est à voir.

Appartement sehr angenehm. WLAN sehr gut, wenn auch mit etwas Sicherheitslücken. Gute Einkaufs- und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Bäckerei, Metzgerei und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gute Beschreibung mit Tipps und Hinweisen ! Wir kommen gerne wieder mit Hund „Nelson“.

Known as the area of the noble red and white wines, away from masses of tourists and industry, in an oasis of old wine-producing culture and gourmet tradition, set in the centre of the inspiring winescape of the Alto Monferrato, not far from Asti and Alba, in between Milan, Turin and Genoa, near health spas and close to the Riviera, you will find this carefully-adapted and refurbished 18th century winery home. Surrounded by vineyards on a hill with adorable views, and with a new, just-finished large swimming pool, Residenza Ca d Masseu and its individually-designed apartments is a place for people who are looking for peace, relaxation and freedom in a warm atmosphere. The winefarm consists of 6 separate apartments , each with its own small kitchen, living area and bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils and also offers enough space to eat together and sit comfortably together even in rainy weather.
The Residenza is situated in a central position in the middle of Valle San Giovanni set on a peacfull hill with wonderful view but is also a base to explore the surrounding area. The 11x5m pool is located in the middle of the vineyards, without direct neighbours and offers wonderful views. Very near to the renovated farmhouse you can find a variety of villages and towns with very good infrastructure, supermarkets, different shops and sights. The nearest are Nizza Monferrato, Calamandrana, Canelli and San Marzano Oliveto. Alba, Asti, Acqui Terme, Alessandria, Cuneo, Barolo, Barbaresco and a lot of other cities can be reached within minutes, large cities like Milan, Turin or Genoa within an hour. The next beach is locates on the italian riviera and is one hour away, world famous San Remo two hours and the french Côte d´azur about 2,5 hours by car.
