This comfortable flat is located outside Venice's tourist flow and it is easily accessible, in fact it is located on the first floor. It consists of an equipped kitchen (with utensils, coffee maker and stove), a bright living area with comfortable sofa and a table,two large and quiet double bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation offered is suitable for families with children, couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the splendid Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, wifi connection, washing machine, coffee maker; stove and sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soaps based on the number of guests.

Neighborhood info

Dorsoduro is the most youthful district of Venice, in fact it can be considered the university district of the city. Campo Santa Margherita is the beating heart of this area, a meeting point for students who flock to the many bars in the square for the happy area. Not only the hub of the nightlife, in fact there are also many tourist attractions to visit that are located in this area such as the famous Gallerie dell'Accademia with the masterpieces of the famous Venetian artists, the renowned Peggy Guggenheim Collection , and Punta della Dogana. The apartment is a 10/15 minute walk from all these attractions, being right behind Campo Santa Margherita, but at the same time outside the tourist flow in the most peaceful area of ​​the district, and 15 minutes from the train and bus stations (Piazzale Roma).
