location is superb, 5 min walk to st marks square, 2 min walk to the ferry boat, very spacious and clean, beautiful decorated, peaceful in the busiest area of Venice. Host is very easy to communicate via WhatsApp, good recommendations for restaurants around. Love it. Oh, did I mention the gondola down there? I literally can watch them passing by from our balcony all day long.

Excellent location. Very large and comfortable apartment in the heart of Venice. Alvise, the owner, was very helpful when we had questions about getting in and out of Venice. Although there are many steep steps to get to the apartment, it’s very well appointed and comfortable.

Great location very close to everything we needed. The apartment was well equipped. Check-in was smooth and we were given some restaurant recommendations and there was a wallet of info containing everything you would need for details about the local area. Would definitely return !

Property info

The apartment has original frescos from 400 century, two living area with tipycal view from windows and the location is really central. You can reach the San Marco square in 2 minutes as going to the most tipycal area of Castello district and Cannaregio in 10 minutes. Restaurant, pizzeria and local bars are near by as a supermarket open till 10 pm.
