The team of the Guest House is heterogeneous and young. We are lovers of art, cinema, enogastronomy and design and we will be happy to share with you our passions even in relation to places and events that our city has to offer. Our goal is to welcome you in a familiar and professional way. We believe in hospitality informal, cheerful and always available together with services and details that try to get closer to those of a small hotel. The most important point for us is the humanity of the relationship that is the basis of the relationship between us and that we wish to build with our guests so that you can share with a wonderful memory of Rome and your stay at Residenza Gregorio VII .

The Residenza Gregorio VII, is an elegant Guest House located in an oasis of peace and tranquility, a few steps from St. Peter's Basilica. It’s very good connected with the City Centre by train because it’s 150 metres far away from S. Peter Train Station and by the main urban bus lines. Furthermore the Guest House it’s a perfect reference for those who have to go to Children's Hospital Child Jesus, just 1,7 km away. The structure, completely renovated in 2014 in contemporary style, is on two levels with a private entrance from a paved garden where our guests can sit and relax, surrounded by greenery and scents of jasmine and bougainvillea. The Guest House has six bedrooms, each with private bathroom, free WiFi, , air conditioning, fridge, safety box, electric shutters. Besides in front of the Guest House there is a Garage, called the Parking St. Peter, where the guests can leave their: the cost is Euro 15,00 per night, The time table is: from Monday to Saturday 06: 30 - 01: 00 – Sunday and holidays: 07: 00-11: 00 and 18: 00-01: 00.

The neighborhood is residential, quiet, full of shops and is characterized from the Vatican Museums, the marvelous Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica which our guests can reach from the Guest House in less than 10 minutes' walk. Around the Guest House there are several places where you can live totally different dining experiences made in Italy: the restaurant where you can taste the typical Roman Cuisine or other ones where you can taste an excellent pizza and homemade pasta; romantic Bistrot or wine bar where you can drink a good glass of wine relaxing yourself. Furthermore just a few steps from the Guest House there is a bank, a post office, a pharmacy, a supermarket and several bars where you can enjoy a good breakfast or a quick meal. For the Interior Design lovers, Via Gregorio VII offers endless possibilities with almost 3 km of shops of the best Italian and International Companies, in which browsing and shopping. The Guest House is a few meters from Rome S. Peter Train Station that connects also to the main seaside resorts of the northern Lazio and Tuscany. The Old Town, is also reachable with a 20 walk through beautiful places as St. Peter and Castel S. Angelo.
