Our guest house is located a short distance from the sea in Cagliari, a city of art, in a place rich in archaeological sites and buildings of great architectural value, in the historic center of the city in the Marina area. "Residenza Le Scalette" is a historic building where past and present come together in a unique mix to guarantee maximum comfort. Our guests will be able to take advantage of a private bathroom in each room, free wifi, heated rooms, free return, a large terrace.

Our guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, admire the local artisan products, enjoy the view of the places and experience the flavors of the place thanks to the various food and wine itineraries, follow cultural events and exhibitions. A short distance from the structure, those staying with us will find monuments and places of interest to satisfy their desire for knowledge. In particular we point out that just 420 meters away is the "Cathedral of Santa Maria". Furthermore, football fans will be able to follow their favorite team in the nearby "Stadio Sant'Elia di Cagliari" stadium.
