After a meticulous renovation, the property has been transformed into an elegant bed & breakfast, featuring four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The spacious and comfortable rooms are arranged around two shared living rooms and overlook the city center, offering a charming view of the lively Portoferraio. A self-service breakfast is available 24/7 in the shared living areas, as well as a non-alcoholic minibar, ensuring maximum comfort and flexibility for guests throughout their stay.

We are just 850 meters from the landing port, 500 meters from the beautiful Viste beach, and a 10-minute walk from the famous Ghiaie beach. Additionally, a pleasant 350-meter stroll will easily take you to the Napoleonica Villa and allow you to visit Forte Falcone and Forte Stella.
