After a meticulous renovation, the property has been transformed into an elegant bed & breakfast, featuring four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The spacious and comfortable rooms are arranged around two shared living rooms and overlook the city center, offering a charming view of the lively Portoferraio. A self-service breakfast is available 24/7 in the shared living areas, as well as a non-alcoholic minibar, ensuring maximum comfort and flexibility for guests throughout their stay.

**Residenza Portoferraio** is located in a strategic position, perfect for exploring the city and reaching the main attractions of Elba Island. We are just 850 meters from the landing port, 500 meters from the beautiful Viste beach, and a 10-minute walk from the famous Ghiaie beach. Additionally, a pleasant 350-meter stroll will easily take you to the Napoleonica Villa and allow you to visit Forte Falcone and Forte Stella.
