Perfect apartment for a stay in Venezia! People who managed the apartment were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is beautifully decorated with venetian fueniture. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and have your breaks in the middle of the city. The neirbourhood is very familiar, silent at night and not so crowded than other parts of the city. We will come back for sure! Good value for money!

Location is great, it's quiet and there's plenty of room. Bathroom is bijou but ok. Everything works well. It's near shops and restaurants and the main walking route between the bus and train stations. The traghetto nearby that used to cross over to Fenice district is not running which is a shame but you can use the Rialto bridge.

The house is very clean. It is situated in a very quiet street in the middle of the city. You can be at Rialto bridge in 5' so you can go across the Canale Grande fast and save walking or money from using vaporetto. Just 1' from the house you can find a small "Coop" market, some nice coffee shops and restaurants. The housekeeper was very helpfull.

We really enjoyed the apartment, specially the friendly and attentive staff. The apartment was super well equiped with everything you need for cooking, resting, eating, etc. Quality and stylish cutlery, tableware and furniture. Comfy bed, lining and towels. Anti mosquito plugs too. The aircon was very helpfull too for the hot nights, but didn't manage to get enough cooling swing to the bedrooms as nights where hot. There was even icecubes in the freezer and cold water in the fridge when we arrived! The area is quite calm, despite of being in a central location. Busy street around the corner. Supermarket also almost around the corner. Perfect location. Will definitely go for this one next time i'm in Venice.

The apartment was beautiful, fully furnished in the spirit of Venice. Clean and really spacious and at the same time in a quiet side street. Kitchen and bathroom equipment worked great. Beautifully clean sheets, plenty of towels. A cot was nicely prepared with bedding for our 2-year-old daughter. Special thanks to Elisabetta! The location in the heart of Venice - 1 minute from the Vaporetto, 2 minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Right in the surrounding streets there are many restaurants and street food with a great performance/price ratio, great coffee and fantastic croissants for breakfest. We will definitely come back here next time, you won't find anything better for a week in Venice, just book it!

Great location away from the busiest areas, but close to all main points. Be prepared to work out how to get there from as cars and buses don't travel through the central areas of Venice. The property is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved the balcony.
