Great location. One could argue that it’s too good even (too close to St. Marc’s Square -> too many people around). Not too noisy though compared to the central location. It is not the newest building, but they take the most out of it. It is a simple hotel, don’t expect too much but you will have everything you need. It was great for me for the one night I spent in Venice. I would not have spent there more, but in general, in my opinion, 1 max 2 nights should be enough for Venice itself anyway. The bathroom was especially nice, clean and modern. The room was simple and also clean, however the walls could use a repainting. The staff was kind and very helpful with tips and answers to my questions.

Very good location for St Marks Square. Lots and lots of excellent restaurants to choose from all very local to the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend 👌 The best way to get to the hotel from the airport is the local waterbus approx €15 one way, drops you at San Marco stop, about 2 mins walk to hotel.

The hotel was centrally located not far from St Marks Square close to lots of restaurants / bars . The staff were very helpful , helped with carrying cases up the stairs . The rooms were small but spotless , cleaned daily , fresh towels daily and tea and coffee topped up . The shower was good and there were free toiletries also topped up daily . There was occasional noise from restaurants but this was more than bearable . There was nothing to dislike about this lovely hotel

The Manager Francesco could not do enough to please us. Even arranged for a packed breakfast as we left very early the last day. The kitchen staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. You can hardly beat the hotel position in the middle of all the action yet still quiet and comfortable. Couple of minutes from St Marks Square and ferry wharf

Perfect location. right on top of a nice piazza with a lot of restaurants and bars but not noisy at the room. Walking distance form the main places, restaurants and canals. Nice breakfast but not a big variety. Room size is great, the hotel is renovated. rooms decoration is great. very modern

The staff was very warm and welcoming from the beginning. I instantly felt like I was at home in a new city. My room had everything I needed and more (with Netflix). Particularly, the bathroom was definitely up to a high standard. There is a possibility to have breakfast in a common dining space. The selection is simple, but it had everything I needed (toast, scrambled eggs, sausages, yoghurt, croissants, coffee etc.). A lovely lady will be serving the coffee to your table. I can highly recommend this hotel.
