The only thing good about this property was the location. Walking distance to Colosseo. Our room had such a bad sewage smell, you had to open the windows for the smell to go away and even with that it didn’t. House keeping wasn’t a good job. The reception was horrible when we first arrived. The guy at the desk didn’t give us any pointers as to where we were and didn’t ask if we had any questions. When I asked for extra pillows, he asked why. If I’m paying for something I should be asked why I need extra pillows, maybe I need a pillow for every area of my body for pain, none of his business. When I asked for extra blankets he said no that there was enough in the room. I didn’t want to cover myself with that comforter they had because it looked raunchy! I do no recommend this place at all!! Horrible experience, I travel a lot and this has been the worst place I have ever stayed in.

Great location, super big, quiet, clean. The apartment has a really nice feeling. Good windows, pretty, tile floors, high ceilings, clean, white paint job. Tons of bath towels. Great value for the price.

It’s a very nice hotel, quite centrally located. The rooms are really big and well equipped. The kitchen had a proper stove and everything else. The only problem is that the reception is open only till 5pm so we had to pick up our luggage before that. Otherwise, it’s a great place to stay in Rome.

The apartment we had was comfortably large, and was accessed through a lovely ornate old-fashioned lift. The apartment was nice and clean, and well located at Manzano just a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum. It was equipped with a fridge, there was no TV in the main room, but was in the bedroom instead and had hundreds of channels. The building was very quiet, so it was suitable for a family, and the rooms were cleaned every morning.
