Rustica Apartament is a journey with a comfortable feature but lived in an ancient era, the structure is built externally from the popular "Pietra di Stintino", located totally on a ground floor, the apartment offers large interior spaces in a rustic style characterized by a made up of small terracotta tiles and an antique wooden ceiling, exteriors surrounded by greenery to better enjoy your stay, the internal sleeping area consists of three bedrooms (2 doubles and one single with three beds) the living area houses a kitchen equipped with gas stoves, washing machine, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, sink (cold water only), a large living room with sofa and a small TV, fireplace (not usable) and a spacious table in real wood to be able to consume all meals to our dear customers. Although the structure is located in a well-ventilated and cool area due to its characteristics and the numerous windows present, it is also equipped with air conditioners that can be used both in cold and hot mode according to the needs of our customers and with a classic fan for fresh air. The external area is equipped with a private manual opening gate with private parking (space for 2 utility cars or comfortably for 1 comfortable car), a large open space veranda with table and chairs to have the opportunity to enjoy your meals even outdoors. open and barbecue available to our customers to be able to grill their own food in peaceful company, two large courtyards surrounded by greenery to give our customers the opportunity to host their four-legged friends so they can also enjoy a happy stay. In short, as you can clearly see from the photos, a small oasis of pleasure with a characteristic Rustica for lovers of the genre! The property is 3.5 km from the famous "La Pelosa" beach, reachable by car or bus in 5 minutes
