San Cosimato House was a great place to stay and experience Roman life in Trestevere. We loved the local restaurants and wandering local streets. The location was central and we were able to walk to all sights. The accommodation was perfect, with room for a family of 4 and a quiet location.

Property information

Just renewed and silent house in the heart of Trastevere. Great location to reach all most important attractions in Rome as Campo de Fiori, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Tiberina island, Vatican and St Peter's, Colosseum, Roman Forum and many others. The Apartment is on third floor with lift and has a double bedroom with wardrobe, a single bedroom, a living room with double sofa bed, table with seats and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer, one bathroom with shower. Our guests will have free use of air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, heating, bed sheets, linen, hair dryer, iron. On request, it is possible to have a transfer service with driver (by car or van) that can take guests directly from the airport gate to the front of the apartment. Tourist tax of euro 3.50 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10 years) to be paid in cash upon arrival. For arrivals between 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is an additional cost of EUR 30 to be paid in cash on arrival. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 11.00 pm it is not possible to check in without a prior agreement and it is subject to availability.

Neighbourhood information

In 5 minutes by walk you get to Basilica of Santa Maria in Trastevere, in 7 minutes to piazza Trilussa, to the National Gallery of Ancient Art in Palazzo Corsini and piazza Sonnino from which tram will bring into the center of Rome. In 15 minutes you get to Campo de ' Fiori , Tiberina Island ( in the middle of the Tiber) , Tempio Maggiore Synagogue, Portico d'Ottavia, Santa Maria in Cosmedin (where is Bocca della Verità) and Piazza della Torre Argentina , with ruins of ancient Rome in the center.
