Wake up to the gentle sound of church bells and savor a leisurely breakfast while admiring the breathtaking views of Bologna's red terracotta rooftops. Our charming apartment, located in a 16th-century building, "Palazzo delle Tuate", offers a unique blend of historic elegance and modern comfort. Just a short stroll away, you'll find yourself immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of Bologna's historic center, with its world-famous arcades, bustling markets, and countless hidden gems. The apartment is placed at the third and last floor of the building, easily reachable by a lift. From the windows you can admire the great panorama of the famous "red roofs" of Bologna. We provide two beds, the first one is king size (2 people) and the other is for one person. To complete the apartment there is a fully furnished kitchen and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
We have set up the self-check in mode to give more flexibility on arrival at our guest, we are always available to give you further information and advices concerning good restaurants to eat the local specialities and everything to let you enjoy your journey in the best way. Cleaning has always been one of my priorities, especially in this period I would like to share with my potential guests that I will follow an effective and detailed plan of cleaning of my the apartment. I feel that my guest want to stay a well-kept and sanitized environment, so I want to guarantee to my guests the highest quality of service.
We are located in the main city center, so transport are not needed to visit all the monuments. We are at 3 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and 2 minutes from the main shopping area. Elegant and silent apartment with luxury finishing and tastefully furnished. Placed in an historical building of the 16th century, made up of one entrance, one spacious living room and kitchen, a large bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom. All places in the city centre are reachable easily by walking. Otherwise for places out of the city there are many bus stop or taxi service nearby the apartment.
