The suite-apartment is close to the city-center but far enough from the noise and the big crowds. It is close to ACtv water-bus stations (vaporetti), which is a big plus! The staff was very professional, you feel they really care about your confort and your satisfaction! Another plus is to have a washer!

Our apartment was the perfect base for our 4 days in Venice for our family of four. Communication with staff online and in person was excellent, the apartment was spotless, super quiet for sleeping, and in a great neighborhood to reach all of the sites on foot, grab some groceries, or enjoy a local restaurant.

It was our second time at Palazzo Schiavoni and this was for a good reason. The apartment is very nice, spacious and has its own charm. On top of that, you are in the heart of Venice while still somewhat protected from the daily noise. So you can also get plenty of rest while enjoying the Carnival 'madness'.

Great location, very close to San Marco’s Square but quiet. Kind and helpful staff, especially Manuel. The room was perfectly clean, in a great condition and the kitchen was excellently equipped. Easy check in and check out.

The location is very good - a bit aside from the very center, so quiet enough, but still close to Basilico di San Marco and - what is important when going to islands - to the boat stops "S.Marco - San Zaccaria". The reception staff is nice and helpful (just call it from the front door using numpad). The room we got was like a dream - having 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, it has three (!) external spaces: a balcony (alongside the channel), a small like roof-top terasse, and another small balcony faced to the backyards. Great choice! We really enjoyed this stay.

The building dates back to the fifteenth century, completely renovated and equipped with a lift is one of the few certified residences of the city in the city. In his apartments you have the opportunity to experience the city as a true Venetian.
