Everything was perfect! The location is great, very close to the Vatican. The room was super clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast that came to the room at the appointed time. Luca and Martina are very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again Rome!

Great localization! We could see Basilica di San Pietro just from our balcony. Room was quite spacious and very clean, with double bed and some free drinks in fridge. Check-in and check-out were simple and fast. Contact with object was easy. Thank you for your kindness :)

Everything was great, near to Vatikan and the bus station was 1 min walk from our apartment. Very clean room and comfortable bed, we had balcony with amazing view on Vatikan. We recommend this room for anyone who is going to Rome!

The room is very nice, the building is really safe. Breakfast is room service because of corona but perfect..croisants toast cereals juice great coffee. The location is great to visit Vatican and Rome. I would definetly recomend this place and wil visit it again when in room. The host is super nice, always available and you get a map of the city and a bottle of water when you arrive.

Max was such a nice guy, and the place was phenomenal. I wasn’t paying attention when I booked the room, and I thought I checked the box asking for breakfast. I found out I had not, but they served me breakfast happily nonetheless. The service was outstanding and personal. The rooms were super modern and very close to Vatican City, which let me walk around see Rome easily. I would 100 percent recommend anyone to stay here.

    Buongiorno e grazie per averci contattato. Essendo un B&B non abbiamo un nostro parcheggio privato. A circa 100 mt da noi c'è un Garage privato chiuso che ha il costo di € 20/25 al giorno in base alla grandezza della macchina.
