I saw a couple not too good reviews and was a little sceptical. But every little thing was perfect. I don't have a single complain. Of course people will always find things to criticize. We arrived around 6pm and there was a very nice receptionist who speaks English and Spanish, very well. They already had our room ready with a nice view to one of the small canals. The staff was always nice and they can help you with information or if you need to print some ticket. Breakfast was good and very cheap considering the high prices in the city. They also knew about my birthday and gave me a bottle of champagne along with some snacks and a note. It was a very nice detail. And I really appreciated it. I enjoyed very much my stay here.
