The front desk receptionist was the highlight of this stay. She was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and so very kind! Bed was comfy, shower was nice. The hair dryer was a little wonky, I think it overheated after 5 minutes, but not a deal breaker. Croissants left at your door were delicious and you’re right next to Pasticceria Ragoli, which is a definite bonus. Great neighboring restaurants, too. Living a bit more of an authentic style than staying in the more touristy areas, which are in walking distance, but still far enough away from the maddening crowd.

Location is close to all the main attractions of Rome, maximum 15-20 minutes of leisure walking. Although the neighborhood is a bit sketchy, the place is very secure, requiring 3 keys to get to your room. Front desk manager was very helpful with all the problems we had, even described what you can see in Rome, gave us a map and told us which routes to take.

Great value! The bed, shower, and AC were all great! The location had easy access to the metro and was an easy walk to the Colosseum area. It was an easy walk to the train station also. The Breakfast croissants were freshly baked from a nearby bakery… so yummy! friendly and helpful service!

We've stayed in Rome for 6 nights. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Each day the towels were changed and the linen was changed once, after 3 nights, in my opinion this is just perfect. We had coffee each day and the lady who was in charged there, gave us each morning pastry, even if we did not choose the option with the breakfast included, it was a nice start of the day. There is a available a kitchen with all necessary tools, if needed. We had a small fridge in the room, and each day, they were providing a fruit and a yogurt for each person. The people working there are very nice and helpful! the pension is close to the Colosseum (10-15 min walk),
