“wow! an outstanding experience in an amazing castle. It felt like living a few centuries ago. you can walk around the castle freely, amazing view from the windows. the room has the most comfortable bed, clean and soft towels, everything with the castle’a symbol on it. the crew was very kind. breakfast was serves in a fancy dining room. there was an unbelievable verity of food and everything was so rich and tasty.”

“The location is just perfect, above the vineyards and with the view on Dolomites in the distance. Short drives or walk to few pretty villages where you can eat and have a drink. It's also a good base to discover Merano and Bolzano as well as the surrounding area (there are few really nice lakes not too far away). Our room was very tastefully furnished, with very comfortable beds. The breakfast was perfect and there is also a nice swimming pool at the property. The host was incredibly nice and made us feel very welcome. We only stayed for one night but we would definitely love to to come again for longer.”

“Schloss Freudenstein was such a beautiful place! The owner was very friendly and accommodating and gave us a small tour around the castle showing us the different areas which are old and new, and the design which has been beautifully done! Our room was the smallest one available, however it was perfect for our needs for one night (of which we wished we had stayed for at least 2!)! The bed super comfy, and the modern bathroom was great! The views around the house are stunning! And the breakfast was very tasty!!”

“Man hat hier alles getan, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren einmal zum Abendessen im Restaurant des Hotels. Das Essen dort war außergewöhnlich gut. Das tägliche Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend und die angebotenen Speisen variierten von Tag zu Tag leicht. Sehr gefreut hat uns , dass wir ein etwas größeres Zimmer bekommen haben, als es von uns gebucht wurde. Besonders das Bad war sehr geräumig. Unseren PKW konnten wir auf dem großen Parkplatz des Hotels sicher abstellen. Das zum Hotel stilvoll umgestaltete Schloß, strahlt eine wunderbare Atmosphäre aus und Lage ist toll. Eine Angestellte der Unterkunft, hat uns an unserem letzten Nachmittag im gesamten Schloß herumgeführt. Es war sehr interessant. Wir möchten uns beim gesamten Service-Team des Schloßhotels bedanken.”“0”
