The amount shown by the portal includes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

Recently renovated apartment, enjoys all the comforts of a modern accommodation located in a lively and central neighborhood. It consists of: a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a livable living area with kitchenette equipped with dishes, utensils, stove, oven and dishwasher. Delightful balcony overlooking the cathedral, pleasant views of the cityscape. It is equipped with Wifi, washing machine and air conditioning (in the living room and bedroom). A set of towels and bed linen are available for each of the guests. Four flights of steep stairs (75 steps) are required to reach the apartment, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility and small children. Located in the lively and dynamic Oltrarno district; you can easily walk to the city's main attractions. It is located in a restricted traffic zone, you cannot park in the surrounding streets, it is necessary to park the car in a nearby private garage. --------------------- Service Limitation: According to the Decree of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of lighting of facilities for the City of Florence is allowed from November 8 to April 7, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.  The allowed temperature values in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21°C.

BY BOOKING MY APARTMENT, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING RULES: - In accordance with current anti-terrorism legislation, during check-in we will ask you for your ID or passport to be registered with the Department of Public Safety. If you do not have the documents or lack the required information by law we will not be able to check you in. - Check-in time is from 2pm to 8pm. Late check-in, if previously agreed, is possible at a cost as indicated in our conditions. - Check-out time is by 11:00 am; - Other possible guests have to be previously agreed with our staff; - Parties are not allowed; - Pets are allowed upon request. A supplement of twenty euros per stay will be charged; - Please be quiet after 11 pm and avoid to slam the doors; - Smoking is NOT allowed inside the apartment; - If anything breaks, please let us know. We will come to check it; - Take care of your keys. In case of unreturned and or lost apartment keys, you will be charged for the replacement of the lock for safety reasons; - For urgent interventions caused by guests out of office hours (From 22:00 to 08:00) a payment of will be required; - Tourists are required to pay the city tax of four euro per person per night (except minors under 12 and guests residents in Florence); - The apartment is situated in a limited traffic area (ZTL) reserved to residents, therefore you can’t park your car everywhere. The only way to enter the ZTL without getting fined and to park your car is to bring it in a private parking situated inside the Limited Traffic Area.
