Excellent location for the tourist spots of Venice. Staff was exceptional -- multiple languages and very engaged with their guests. VERY good breakfast. The bed was a little hard (but better than being too soft or worn). Look, the rooms were tiny, but they were very clean and everything worked. If you are in Venice to sight-see, I would highly recommend this hotel for its value, location and friendliness.
