The host was so thoughtful and accommodating to me, i appreciated her help so much! The property is adorable and clean. When I booked I thought this was a hostel but it is more like a bed and breakfast with shared rooms, which was a surprise, but a pleasant one! The location is easy to access via the public boat system, which helped me feel at ease about not getting too lost when I first arrived before learning how to navigate Venice's streets. The host also provided a map and helped show the best ways to reach the main attractions and pointed out the local restaurants and gelato shops. Being on the waterfront was nice and refreshing since it was very hot in Venice during my stay. Note that towels rental is 5€. There is a cute kitchen, but know that it is only accessible between 18h - 23h so take breakfast outside. Many places nearby were already open at 7am. Did I mention it is adorable? Really enjoyed the stay.

Very good location, central enough but not too touristic in the close surroundings, with a supermarket and restaurants around the corner. I was in the four-bed room which was just fine, each corner with a bed, plenty storage room for each person, a smaller cupboard to lock away important stuff, two windows with an amazing view to the waterfront, high ceilings and good acclimatization with the windows and ventilator if needed. Bathroom was simple but clean and has all what you need. 5€ for a towel if needed. Good kitchen with everything available for cooking, nice hallway with a comfortable couch. And first and foremost, the sweetest host; very helpful already before arriving, replying very fast and very attentive. Thank you!

Location is great! The Vaporetto is really close, there is a supermarket and a post office a few meters away. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Very easy to communicate with the owner who was flexible with my check-in time and gave me some recommendations for the visits and places where to eat. I would definitely go back there next time I'll be back in Venezia!

A professional lady managing property, clean and nice room. Not too far from the grand canal, I would say nice location if you can walk around 18-20 min to Rialto bridge and those beautiful streets. Shower tray is a little small if you are a little big guy, other than that its very nice facility.

A small house well located in Venice on the waterfront, the welcome is warm and you feel good. I enjoyed the view, the owner and the other travellers. A key with a secure cupboard is included, which is appreciated. I stayed for 5 days.

This is my second time staying here as I liked it so much before. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. I had a two bed female only dorm, which was really spacious and comfortable. The location is superb, close to vaperetto and a store just outside as well as bars and restaurants outside
