United States of AmericaThe apartment was beautiful and very clean. Bed was comfy and spacious. The dream place to stay in a beautiful Florence. It’s located in the center and close the to the shops. We loved it so much we will be coming back. The owner was there to welcome us and recommend places to eat and visit. Very lovely people.
United States of AmericaRight in the middle of town. Lucas the host was v nice and promptly responded to everything. He even helped us carry our luggage to the apartment. The apartment is brand new, just ready on 15th Oct 2018. Beds are comfortable, it has everything u need. Nothing to complain about! Fyi - the apartment is within the ZTL and the streets are v narrow. There is also one particular bus lane that you CANNOT drive through without incurring a summon. To get around that, navigate to Piazzale di Porta Romana first, before heading to the apartment. Then u will safely avoid that particular bus lane. ZTL - if u park in a garage nearby (Lucas will book for u), the garage will email the police to apply for a permit for u to drive into the city. So u cannot park on the roadside and MUST park at a garage.

The location of apartment is perfect, just 5 mins walk from train station with walking distance to all major hotspots in florence. we got everything inside the apartment. Highly recommend for traveller who visit florence.

We were met at the train station and guided to our appartment by Luca who made sure we were fully acquainted with all the facilities . Above and beyond our expectations.

CanadaBeautifully presented two bedroom apartment ideal for us as two couples. We needed parking space and Martina met us at garage down the road helped us wih suitcases across the road to the appartment. Within walking distance to everything it was perfect.
New ZealandWe were greeted by our host Luca at the train station and he kindly walked with us to the apartment. The apartment is large, clean, brand new and very comfortable for our family of 6. We were especially appreciative of his suggestions and recommendations. It was also very thoughtful to provide us with 2 sets of keys. Location is perfect, all the best attractions to see are in an easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We opened the hotel in October 2018, my family and I wanted to create a warm and welcoming environment, easily reached on foot from the station and close to all the main places of interest. Silver Novella Luxury Apartment is like being at your home, the fully soundproofed and air-conditioned double and triple rooms will help you sleep in our comfortable beds with orthopedic mattresses. The bathrooms, both complete with shower and bidet, have provided towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and hairdryer. In the kitchen you can find gas cookers, crockery, microwave, and everything you need to cook good food. On the mezzanine there is a comfortable sofa bed, and a Smart-Tv where you can watch satellite channels or Netflix. In short, Silver Novella Luxury Apartment is just like being at home, but in the heart of Florence.
I am a sporty and dynamic 36-year-old boy, I love meeting new people, especially those coming from foreign countries, to understand their way of thinking and doing. I dedicated myself to this new activity in order to make available to my guests my knowledge of the beautiful city of Florence. I wait for you.
