Loved the communication from the host, and THE VIEW. You get your own private balcony, we spent most of our time out there. But the room is very nicely decorated, tv actually works, the fan blows cold air if you press the boost button so that was a plus in the middle of the night. The front desk is very helpful, they offer to store your luggage for you. We took advantage of that and Giuseppe even moved our luggage upstairs once the room was ready. Definitely stay here if you decide to venture to Naples.

I really loved this room! The view of Napoli and Monte Vesuvio from the 13th floor was incredible! The owners responded to questions quickly and the woman who cleans the rooms is a gem. And, honestly, the bed was the best - the most comfortable sleeping I've had in ages. I would have stayed longer if I could.
