It was located very close to the tourist attractions like the cathedral. A 15min walk from the train station. Room had all the amenities and we really liked the vibe of the room. Everything is well decorated. Room is very spacious and the bathroom too. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Wifi connection was so good. The TV had Netflix and all streaming services. Also we had tea and coffee making facilities with cookies all for free.

Fabulous location overlooking the Santo Spirito sq. A friendly welcome and staff very kindly gave us a phone charger lead when ours broke. Regularly refilled coffee pods and tea (though a shame that the cups were paper rather than reusable mugs) . Nice to have a fridge. We had room 6 with what's possibly the best view and the windows had doors that closed very well so that the noise of the cafe below never disturbed us. Lots of great places to eat and drink nearby. There was a (very small) lift which is rather unusual as I understand it in such historic buildings. Short walk to Pitti Palace (being February the Passepartout ticket allowed entry to Ufizzi, Pitti, Boboli Gardens and plenty more for just 18 Euros - highly recommended option if you are visiting in winter)

I was born in Florence but I always loved travelling and meeting people from countries and cultures all over the world. Now in my new bnb I wish my guests will enjoy the best of Florence and Tuscany.

Welcome to our boutique hotel, located in the heart of Florence in the charming and historic Santo Spirito square. We are just steps away from popular attractions such as the famous Ponte Vecchio, a medieval bridge lined with jewelry shops and art galleries, as well as the world-renowned Uffizzi museum, which houses some of the most iconic works of art in the world. Our check-in time is from 1pm until 5pm, and for those arriving after 5pm, we offer a convenient self-check-in option (we will give the code to open the doors, so you can easly enter the room by yourself). We look forward to hosting you and making your stay in Florence an unforgettable experience!

Santo Spirito, Florence was described as one of the coolest neighbourhood to visit right now by Lonely Planet turist guide. On the southern side of Florence’s Arno river, the Santo Frediano neighbourhood is breathing new life into the Oltrarno area, known more for its artisans than hipster appeal. With its narrow streets and tiny sidewalks, all the action is sandwiched between one of the city’s last remaining ancient gates and piazza Santo Spirito.
