The room was a great size and beautiful decorated. Excellently large bed with beautiful high quality bed linen. Turn down service and cleaning all done v elegantly. Staff at reception were so helpful and made a big difference positively to our stay.

United KingdomThe Breakfast was always a pure pleasure. We were mostly well taken care by Gina. We would suggest that you improve the way you serve the cereals. Kellog's bags like in a supermarket is not appropriate for your standards. There are better ways to serve and to enlarge a bit the variety of it. For the rest everything was fine! Let me add also the wonderful service and dedication to all our needs we had from the reception desk: Jonathan and Francesca!!! Lovely people and the made us feel being appreciated guests

Because I had a delayed flight and they took my comment into account and checked my friend in early to her room without me being there. Also very pleased with the greeting at the entrance, the champagne and also the room upgrade. Overall the room, staff, cleanliness, everything was great. The hotel also provided umbrellas because we were caught in rainy weather
