SwitzerlandVery centrally located. Amenities and housekeeping were not up to 5 star hotel. Breakfast variety was also not up to that level. Staff was exceptional and super friendly. Room size and comfort / ambience was excellent.

Lebanonthe location was perfect just in the middle of the duomo shopping strip. we stayed in the grand deluxe room 430 it was very spacious and comfortable. the lobby is nice to chill in or have a drink. The concierge Fabio was amazing and helpful and made all our reservations and was great. The bell boys ( all of them) were respectful and helpful. I think they have great staff all over the hotel.
