I manage my structure with passion and I love to welcome my guests making them feel at home. My staff is friendly and helpful and we hope to always please everyone. I recommend that you read the info related to the structure before booking, I do not want someone to remain unhappy, we work a lot to keep the environments beautiful and very clean and we think we do not deserve negative reviews for things that we have described well and in a clear and honest. We have disabled the internal intercoms to not disturb the peace of our guests, when you arrive in front of the entrance door just call the number that will be provided and that is written on the sign affixed, the staff will come down to welcome you and then you will be given the keys to enter and leave freely. In compliance with the law we cannot allow access to people who do not have a valid identity document and this also applies to any visitors who cannot access unless they are identified. A telephone number will always remain active at night for emergencies and our availability is always maximum. I want everyone to understand that as a Guest House by law we cannot prepare meals and people cannot cook inside the rooms, However we provide free use of a coffee machine with pods and a kettle with herbal teas and teas we provide free water and some snacks packed. THE STANDARD CONFIGURATION OF THE ROOMS IS DOUBLE, ALL EXTRA BEDS ARE EXTRA BEDS AND ARE PAID ACCORDING TO REQUESTS. PARKING: WE DO NOT HAVE RESERVED PLACES but under the house there are communal parking spaces for a fee (1.70 hours and free night and holidays), also 250 meters from us in via Saluzzo n. 78 is a paying car park not ours. WE ARE A RENTED ROOMS OF GOOD STANDARD THAT OFFERS IN MORE AND FREE A HOTEL TYPE TREATMENT, PLEASE JUDGE US IN THE REVIEWS FOR WHAT WE ARE NOT LIKE IF WE WERE A HOTEL Our building was built in the early '900 and is equipped with elevator and concierge. The apartments have been restored with the intention of creating something beautiful and sustainable recovering antique furniture, stucco, boiserie, historical chandeliers and much more. We have made these unique environments to offer our guests a stay not only comfortable but also characteristic. We like to call our hotel an oasis of peace just a stone’s throw from the center. Room amenities: king size beds; soundproofed wooden fixtures in class A+++; air conditioning; independent hot water; safe suitable for laptops; some bathrooms have double sinks and double shower 200x90 with double hydromassage wall.

Ours is a quiet area and very well served, we are close to the center and below the house you will find every possible public transport to move around Turin and province (metro, tram, bus, Porta Nuova station etc.) We are a short walk from the large Valentino park on the Po River and the nightlife district of San Salvario. Around our building there are dozens of shops, restaurants and cafes. Means of transport: Metro 100 meters; line 4 and tram line 16 a few meters; Porta Nuova station at 900mt; taxi station with almost instant service. Parking: We do not have our own private parking spaces but for those arriving by car it will not be difficult to park, there are under the house in Corso Sommeiller, in the side street via Ribet and in via Nizza many paid municipal parking (1.70 per hour, you do not pay from 20.00 i then and on public holidays) you will find the photos in the main gallery. There are several covered guarded garages in the area (not our property), the closest is located in via Saluzzo 78 (about 250 meters walk from the door of our building) usually about 15 euros per day or 35 euros for 24h although we can not guarantee price and availability. Reaching us is easy and moving to every possible place in Turin and outside Turin is even easier: City center (also reachable on foot) or by tram 16 and 4 (for example go to the Egyptian Museum, Carignano palace, etc.. in the center just do 100 meters on foot and then take tram line 4 for five stops). Corso Vittorio Emanuele bus station: line 16 of the tram takes you down to 50 meters from our entrance door Train (Porta Nuova station 900 mt) Metro (station "Nice" 100 meters) Tram (line 4 and 16 a few meters (line 16 is one of the most evocative of Turin as it runs along the most beautiful avenues of the city) For any other information ask and we will be happy to answer as soon as possible
