The property and location are both exceptional. Clean and well kept. However most importantly the staff were exceptional. The gentleman at the property, Mams, was an excellent host and took care of everything making our stay easy and enjoyable.

The first lovely surprise was the location, right across the street from the Duomo at the top of the hill. The staff was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and spacious and unusual. And breakfast was lovely as well.

It has a lot of potential, and creative sprits like the people who run this hotel are making a contribution.

Great location near the cathedral and its piazza. Everything modern in the building and room. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast, inside or on the terrace. At check-out, I was offered a ride to the bus-stop, which was very nice because I had a heavy suitcase and there are many cobblestone streets.
