I arrived late past 7 pm due to a delayed flight. I appreciate that we were accommodated. I forgot the name of the person that checked us in. He was great and very accommodating. We plan to go back to Venice and will stay at your location again.

Rooms are all on second or third floors. Flights of stair should be approx. 20 respectively 40 .Answered on 21 August 2022
