Perfect location! Walking distance to everything. Very roomy, fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. Patio was wonderful for family spaghetti dinners with amazing views. Great to have a washing machine. Hosts were extremely accommodating since we arrived a bit early.

The house rises from the walls of what was once the famous Pensione Morgera and still maintains its floor plan with three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a splendid terrace overlooking the sea. Located in the Casamicciola area, famous for its artisan workshops for the processing of Ischia ceramics, it has direct access to the seafront. With only 38 steps found on the beach and/or on the rocks where there are numerous bathing establishments on the estate. The house is completed by a driveway, with private parking that can accommodate up to a maximum of two cars. In the immediate vicinity, you will find bars, restaurants, and grocery stores
