Wonderful place to stay with family. Kids loved the swimming pool. Beautiful view of Capri from the top level. Great outdoor lounge areas. Well maintained. Pictures are accurate. Great air conditioning for each room. Also outdoor shower. Fun to explore more rural Termini as a break from the very busy Capri and Sorrento. 15 min hike up the hill to grocery store, and great restaurants- Bar Simone, Salvatore, Tonno and Compani. Very kind next door neighbors. Lemon trees in the garden. Nearby hiking trails with gorgeous views. Fast wifi. Quiet, peaceful. Reserved parking spot. Thank you. We had a wonderful stay.

The Garden on Capri 15063044EXT0410 is an independent villa surrounded by the green hills of Punta Campanella and with a spectacular view of Capri. The villa is located in Termini, a small and quiet hamlet of Massa Lubrense, ideal location for those looking for a place private and relaxing but at the same time not far from the main touristic destinations such as Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. The villa, that can accommodate 4 persons, is perfect for small groups of friends or small families. The house has a kitchen, a bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a large outdoor area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, TV, table with chairs and a sofà. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a laundry corner. But the part of the villa that you will love most is the patio covered with a beautiful pergola equipped with table, chairs and a barbecue for your private parties. At the center of the well-kept garden there is the large swimming pool for exclusive use of the villa, the area around the pool is equipped with deck chairs, a bathroom and an outdoor shower.

The center of Termini is just a few meters away. There, you will find all the services you might need during your stay: a grocery store, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a post office. There is also the stop of the bus that connects Sorrento, Marina del Cantone and Sant’Agata sui due Golfi (we recommend to consult the timetable in advance) Termini is located in a particularly good position because thanks to the nearby road Via Nastro D’oro you can reach with your car famous destinations such as Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast and Nerano, in fact Termini overlooks at the same time both the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. The nearest beach is Calata di Mitigliano that you can reach either on foot in 20’ or by car. Hikers might be pleased to know that from Termini it is possible to take different paths as the Athena path that starts in Termini, passes through Punta Campanella and reaches Mont San Costanzo.
