the staff were friendly, well spoken , went over the top for us on the Saturday we stayed! the breakfast staff were so well mannered and patient with us even though we slept it in and arrived a little before closing. the hotel is stunning, ideal for a couple for a city break! it’s nice and relaxed and close to everything you want to see.

The rooms were so beautiful, spacious and spotless. I was absolutely delighted with our room. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the facilities in the room were excellent. There was Netflix on the tv (however we didn’t watch much as we were out exploring but it was nice to know it was there). Staff were extremely kind and helpful they really assured that we were comfortable and could not do enough for us! One staff member even came outside to make sure that the taxi we were getting was trust worthy and that we were safe, which was very comforting as we are three young girls in an unfamiliar city! I can’t recommend this place enough
