SANIFITATION OF THE APARTMENT AFTER EVERY CHECKOUT Discover Florence from this unique apartment with windows that open up directly upon the river Arno! The apartment is located in the basement of an ancient palace, just 25 meters from Ponte Vecchio, in the truly Florentine neighborhood of Oltrarno, within walking distance from all the main monuments, the typical restaurants and the most elegant shops. You will have to descend 19 gentle steps to reach the apartment's door. But once you close it behind you, the only sound you will perceive is the flowing of the river outside the window..... THE SPACE The apartment consists of 1 large bedroom, 1 good spaced living room with 1 double and comfortable sofa bed, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, sheets and towels, 4K TV, free WiFi with superfast internet connection, fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. A supermarket Conad and convenience store, both open 7 days a week, 8am to 9pm, are just outside the door. Check-in from 3pm until 8pm, from 8 pm until 10pm you have to pay 30euro extra charge. AFTER 10PM WE CAN'T GUARANTEE ENTRY For long stay up to 7 days or a full week stay ......utilities are not included and you will pay electricity, gas, water and internet. Extra cleaning for long period 80 euro (up 15 days) THE CITY TAX TO PAY CASH (EURO 5,50- FOR PERSON OVER 12 YEARS UNTIL 7 DAYS) PLEASE NOTE: EXTRA SHEETS FOR A FEES, IF YOU ARE 2 PERSON AND WOULD LIKE SLEEP IN DIFFERENT BEDS YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FEE (10EUROS) WE ONLY PROVIDE A STOCK OF DETERGENTS AND TOILET PAPER.
