  • Hi. Can the bedrooms be laid out as two double bed rooms? My party is 4 adults made up of two couples. Many thanks
    Dear guest, the apartment is not suitable for 2 couples as there is a double bed in a room and a single murphy bed in a small room and a single sofa bed in the living area. typically it is suitable for 3 person or a family with 2 teenagers. Kind Regards Marco Malafante

  • Can I confirm that there are two bedroom as well as the living area where there is a sofa bed? Some text on the profile says there is only one bedroom and there are no photos of bedroom 2
    in fact there is one double bedroom and a spare room with a murphy bed. the sofa bbe is usable only in alternate to the murphy bed, the apartment is not suitable for 4 persons but max 3 persons Kind Regards Marco

The Red House Company is a family business started in order to maximize a property investment in Venice. My wife and I have understood the potential of quality self catering rentals along the way of the positioning of our first apartment: “The Red House”. We decided that this could be our future full time occupation in the December 2009 and we are now managing successfully a number of properties in the historic centre of Venice.

Unique apartment in Venice with 3 terraces facing the roofs of Venice and canals Very bright one bedroom apartment with: canal View, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and three lovely terraces. This apartment is situated off Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, in the Santa Croce district and it is at about 10 minutes’ walking from the railway station and Piazzale Roma (car parks and bus stations). A large double bedroom and a double sofa bed allow a romantic escape or a small family holiday. he largest terrace is surrounded by plants and flowers and the smallest one is along the nearby canal. On top of the house there is an altana terrace that will put you above of most houses in Venice and give you a fantastic view. Sunny and quiet you can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen

Neighborhood info

Venice has six districts, known as “sestieri.” Santa Croce is the district through which you access the city if you arrive by land. Here, you find the very lively Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio, where many Venetian families and children meet up to play in the open. It is a great place to experience authentic Venetian daily life, and a good place to have an evening aperitif. It truly should not be missed! The district of San Polo sees the Rialto area as its main protagonist, with its famous bridge and daily open-air fruit, vegetable, and fish markets (No Sunday and Monday), full of colors and fragrances; a historical Venetian landmark, full of life and charm, where you can meet many Venetians out shopping for groceries. Walking past Campo San Polo you reach the Basilica dei Frari, a magnificent church with a large rose window on the front façade, surrounded by many artisan boutiques and pastry shops where you can have delicious breakfasts.
