Cristina was an absolute gem! Are plane from the USA was 5 hrs late, causing us to miss the last train and forcing us to hire a driver. We arrived at the property at 12:30am (check-in should be no later than 7pm). Cristina still met us at the apartment in the middle of the night! She was so accommodating!! The unit was elegant and beds are nice memory foam. The kitchen has everything you need including a Nespresso with approximately a dozen pods, and the town market is only an 8-10 minute walk to get all your food and extra supplies. A/C worked well. And, the location? Couldn’t be better!!!
United States of AmericaLocation is unbeatable. It is a massive apartment which makes city visits with children more tolerable. If you are driving, make sure to connect with Cristina beforehand for which street to use over the bridge. You can unload the car and the garage around the corner will valet park it for 25/night. Easy!
United KingdomHuge beautiful apartment on nice street in Florence close all the major sites. There was some noise being in the city center but that goes along with any place in the city center. Host was very nice, got back to us quickly when we had questions, and arranged a ride to the airport for us.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Florence with excellent shopping stores like Armani, Celine, Tods, Horses and Ferragamamo. On the second floor of an historical building with elevator, the apartment splits on two levels: entrance, living room with dining area and kitchen, master bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 queen size beds and loft with single bed, bathroom with shower; on the second level twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, room with washing machine, a loft that overlooks the living room and a second loft with a small gym overlooking the master bedroom.
