The room was very clean and spacious. The host was kind and accommodating and let us keep our luggage at the place after we checked out.

United KingdomI've stayed here a couple times now, I love the location, perfectly situated. The building inside and out is authentic, bedrooms are really spacious and bright. The free map and information pack left for you is a nice touch, they even list the best times to visit or the kind of vibe the place offers. There's so many places to eat but if you love Hot Chocolate, Gino's Bakery offers one of the best I've tried. Just turn left from the hotel, walk towards Ponte Vecchio and you'll see it on the right side. If you're staying at the hotel you're also offered a discount at one of the cafes near by. See you on my next visit!

AustraliaThe room was at the top of the house and was sumptuous - loads of space and a seating area. The bathroom was also at the back of the room so was well out of the way. Lovely furnishings and very comfortable bed and pillows. No breakfast but an arrangement with a local bar for a reduced price breakfast. Sadly we had to leave early due to a family bereavement and the staff could not have been more helpful.

The room was very comfortable, with great shower room and kettle tea/coffee plus fridge and safe provided. The room was cleaned daily and was immaculate, and all the staff/hosts very friendly and helpful.
