Apartment "Three meters above sea" is the right place to get close to the marvels of Maratea and spend a holiday of carefree. The strong point is its very near to the most comfortable and popular Maratea Fiumicello beach. Choosing to stay from "Three meters above sea" is advantageous as you can define an apartment in Km 0 as you can reach the beach without taking any means. Within walking distance you can walk to all services (supermarket, newsagent, bar, pizzeria, restaurants, pub, church and pharmacy). The area is provided with public parking areas. The apartment has 6 sleeping accommodations with two bedrooms (1 double and 1 double plus two single beds), bathroom, kitchen, entrance and an outdoor terrace where you can eat meals in the open air. It has a TV, washing machine and all necessary utensils.
The apartment is located in Fiumicello, one of the main attractions of the city of Maratea, where its most popular and populated beach is located only 30m away. The beach is provided with bathing establishments, parking spaces and public bathing areas. The holiday home is located in a highly urbanized setting because at a reduced distance there are all services such as supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, churches, playgrounds, playgrounds, etc. The marina is also easily accessible on foot. The area is covered by the city shuttle service.
