Situated on hill with magnificent typical tuscan view. Independent entrance with gate. Two levels country house with spacious garden and old pine and olive trees, very ample patio with barbecue, rustic style.

Typical country hills with olive oil trees and vineyards. Small villages and a choice of typical places to eat. Main Tuscan cities and coast line easily reachable in 20 / 50 minutes. 20 Km to the see (Livorno), 20 Km to Pisa, 35 km to Lucca, 100 km to Siena or Elba island ferrys and 70 Km to Florence
