Situato a meno di 50 mt dal mare e dal centro storico di Pietra ligure, CON GARAGE PRIVATO INCLUSO,in zona strategica tranquilla e comoda a tutti i servizi. Ampio bilocale indipendente NUOVO ,completo di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, free wifi, Smart TV, lavastoviglie), posizionato a piano terra con portico ed ampio spazio pedonale antistante e privo di barriere architettoniche.
