Urban Art Apt wants to make you feel like a guest in a real home, where families like yours have been living for the last 80 years. Furnished in a functional and clean style, but with personality. The apartment is located in an internal courtyard, away from traffic noise. You will find a bedroom with a standard double bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa/double bed and a single place sofa bed, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Free wi-fi is available. We are at short distance from public transport to reach every part of the city: metro M5, Tram, bus, taxi, trains and shuttle bus to the airports, allow you to quickly reach the main tourist destinations of the city and surroundings.
I am an architect with a passion for design, graphics and urban art, of which you will find a small collection on the walls of the apartment. I like interacting with my guests, if they want information on what to do and see in Milan, that I know almost in every street. People often come to Milan thinking of design, fashion, the Duomo, the Cenacolo, San Siro if they are sporty. But this city has a thousand hidden treasures, and the days you spend here, surely, will not be enough to discover them all! I speak Italian and English.
I often hosts people who visit or work at fairs and congresses, given the proximity to Fiera Milano City and congress area MICO - Milano Congressi, reachable on foot in a few minutes. You can reach Fiera Milano Rho with public transport in 20 minutes. For those in need of care and for those expecting a child, and for family members, the Palazzo della Salute GSD and the Ospedale Buzzi are just a few hundred meters away. Football and music fans can easily reach San Siro Stadium and the two festival area at Ippodromo San Siro and Ippodromo La Maura. In the nearby street Via Piero della Francesca you'll find restaurants, bar and pubs for any taste. City Life Shopping District is just 800 mt. from the house. All the Milanese tourist destinations and the city center are close at hand with the many public transportation nearby. Como Lake and various cities are easily reachable by train from the nearby stations.
