Clean, well decorated, parking very close for a small fee and very helpful staff that provided all info about the check-in process and let us in earlier. And excellent breakfast too. So glad I found this property at the Booking app. We wish we had more days to enjoy it.

I only did a one night stop over. It was perfect! I called when I arrived (after 10 pm) and I was talked through the entrance procedure. Room was nice, private (large) bathroom, mini fridge, bottle of water, comfy bed & pillows. Was walking distance to the bus station, shopping blvd, the river with historic buildings and a flea market! Breakfast voucher for a Cafe across street (best latte in Italy so far).

The location was great, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the price was very good. More than that Giovanna and Mario were great hosts, not only making reservations at some of the great restaurants in the area, but also suggesting ideas for day trips to the sea, or an excursion to the mountain communities. They were kind and very accommodating. Also, there is a locked parking area directly behind the hotel. We had a great stay and a great time!

Svevo was the perfect room. It was very clean and had a nice balcony. The host was helpful and very accommodating. Breakfast include a nice assortment of crescents.

Perfect location in city center. The room is extremely clean, they clean every day and leave it like new. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast was decent: Don't expect freshly made food, it consists in cereals, yogurt, pastries, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc. But they replenish the stock every day which is nice.
