Very bright and silent apartment in a residential context convenient to the sea and the tourist port, located on the top floor with lift. The internal composition consists of: entrance, large living/sleeping area with double bed and double sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette, large balcony; The property is completed by the big PRIVATE terrace above with a splendid panoramic view and equipped as a solarium (from May to October : sun loungers, umbrella, sofa, table, hot shower). About 10 minutes walk from the beaches and stations of both Lavagna and Chiavari, also reachable by bus (stop in front of the residential complex); less than 5 minutes on foot you will find all the services (supermarket, pharmacy, bar, butcher, greengrocer, laundry, wildlife sanctuary, etc.). Free parking throughout the neighborhood. Accessories: washing machine, kettle, 2-plate electric cooker, microwave oven, ironing board, iron, drying rack, crockery, sheets, pillowcases, towels, air conditioning, automated awning, camping cot for small children (to be requested with notice). Tourist tax
