Good communication with Alessandro before arrival and during stay!

Absolutely great owner. Helpful to find good restaurants, shops. Alessandro managed our transport from airport to centre of Rome. Suite was clean and prepared for us with empathy and love. We got from it more than we pay. Hope we come again early.

We had a wonderful stay. enough variations for breakfast and a nice room. Within walking distance of the Vatican but also the metro around the corner to easily go to all other places of interest. Communication with Allessandro is very smooth. we will definitely come back

Alessandro was amazing. He gave us some great tips and fabulous places to eat close to the B&B. La Pratolina did great pizza's. The location is a 3 minute walk from the metro and very close to the Vatican City so perfect location to explore Rome. We had a suite so it was lovely to have extra place and have our breakfast inside the room and to be able to use the kitchen area. The room was so much better than expected. Alessandro also kept our bags at the B&B so we could explore Rome on the last day as we had a late flight. Will be staying here again when I next visit Rome!

Great location, all famous places, cafes and shops nearby. The choice of breakfast is large, the food is high quality and delicious. The room is comfortable, all necessary items such as iron, ironing board, distilled water are provided free and can be used at any time. I liked the service and care of the owner Alessandro the most, he was available any time for any questions. Pleasantly surprised that changed towels and laid the bed every day, tidied the room. When you return after a long walk, everything is perfectly tidy. Quiet other vacationers, no noise was heard from the other rooms. Everything is great and the highest recommendations for apartments and Alessandro. Thank you.

    Yes is possible. Leave the luggage at 9.30am and the room will be ready about 11.30am.

  • How do we get there from Airport?
    We are in the center of Rome, in the Vatican area. Ciampino airport is about 20 km away. and that of Fiumicino about 30 km.
