“Contact with the landlord was easy and good from the very beginning of the reservation. We could leave the luggage and check in earlier and there was no problem with very early check out. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and there was air conditioning. The localization was perfect – we could reach the most important places in 20-30 min by foot. I have to admit that I was very nice surprised by the staff that the apartment has – kitchen was very were well equipped, there was also an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, cosmetics, first aid kit, washing machine, even umbrellas. All the things that you need during the journey were there :) Nothing to complain.”

“Spotless clean, meticulously planned spacious apartment for a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids). Beautiful Venetian interiors. Very well stocked and All the amenities mentioned are available. Great location, 8 minutes walk to railway station, 5 minutes to Guglie vaporetto stop, buzzing with restaurants, cafes, and bakery. Despar supermarket very nearby. The host was personally there to welcome us and very courteous throughout our stay. Always available for any help. If in Venice again Will definitely stay back here.”

The flat has a good location, it is quiet even though there are shops, restaurants and main road to the place San Marco. Maurizio is a caring host, he was helpful, communication before arrival was great, he was waiting for us nearby accomodation. We were there second time and we will stay again when we return to Venice!”

“Всё было прекрасно! После бронирования со мной сразу связались хозяева и уточнили детали рейса. Перед поездкой нам прислали чёткие инструкции как найти апартаменты. Апартаменты находятся не далеко от вокзала, у нас был ранний вылет, было идеально, мы за 15 минут дошли до автобуса. Рядом с апартаментами улица , где много магазинов, ресторанов, по этой улице легко выйти в основным достопримечательностям. До площади Сан-Марко идти 15 минут. Апартаменты очень удобные, есть отопление, а самое главное всё необходимое. Учтена каждая мелочь. Удобные кровати и подушки, набор посуды. Интерьер погружает в атмосферу Венеции. Нас встретил Джузеппе не далеко от апартаментов, все показал и рассказал! Будет в Венеции, обязательно остановимся здесь снова! Grazie 🙏🏻❤️”“0”
